YOUR TASKS

As a Senior Consultant Strategy, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of strategic concepts for our clients. With your experience in strategic consulting, you will bring in-depth expertise in the analysis, planning and implementation of corporate strategies. You will work directly with board members and executives, develop innovative solutions and ensure that our clients achieve sustainable competitive advantages.

  • Development, implementation and support of corporate, growth and transformation strategies - from vision to realization.
  • Preparation and moderation of strategy workshops with board members and executives.
  • Management of strategic projects including planning, implementation and effectiveness controlling.
  • Development of innovative business models and support for digitalization projects.
  • Support in organizational development and direct exchange with management.
  • Active involvement in shaping customer relationships: Acquisition, upselling and strategic consulting from a single source.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have an above-average university degree or a doctorate in economics, management, strategy or a comparable field.
  • You have at least three years' experience in strategic consulting or a comparable position and have achieved demonstrable success in strategy projects.
  • You can demonstrate concrete project successes or client references that prove your strategic competence - experience in the cooperative world or financial sector is a plus, but not a must.
  • You communicate confidently at top management level - in German and English.
  • You want to take holistic consulting to the next level with innovative AI solutions.
  • You are willing to advise customers on site if the project requires it and work just as effectively in virtual teams.
  • You act entrepreneurially, independently and with strategic vision.
