RESILIENCE
Use resilience as a foundation for yourself and your company.
"Resilience" - describes the psychological resilience with which we can cope with stressful situations. It is developed to different degrees - in every person, but also in every organisation. Not only individuals have resilience, organisations also have their own resilience. And this is more than the sum of its parts. Protective factors of individual, team-based and organisational resilience must be intertwined.
In this e-learning module we will explain what resilience means and what it looks like individually, in teams and in organisations. We use self-reflection to determine your resilience profile together and show you how you can develop and strengthen the corresponding protective factors using concrete examples and practical recommendations for action. Our "mini-habits" will make this easy for you: You can start right away and it will be easy for you to keep at it. Our wish is that you will see crises as an opportunity instead of a threat.

Conclusion and next steps
„Stress and excessive demands can have serious consequences - not only for an organisation, but also for one's own emotional, physical and mental health. Resilience is therefore not a luxury, but an essential resource to prevent you from losing your head in the face of challenges and stress. Resilience means quality of life and security: to be able to recover even in difficult circumstances - and to carry on.”
