Daniel Keller is the founder of K^P. He combines academic knowledge with more than 15 years of practical management, consulting and coaching experience in various industries and countries.

As a partner at K^P, Alexander Noß has been supporting our clients as a consultant, trainer and coach since the company was founded. He is also responsible for the conception and implementation of our training portfolio.

As Project Management Officer at K^P, Nicholas Neis-Forster is responsible for the coordination, design and monitoring of our training and development.

As Head of Administration at K^P, Petra Sieber is responsible for digital coordination and administration processes and is an important link to our clients.

As Manager Learning & Development, Katharina Wildfeuer is responsible for the coordination and content of the eAcademy at K^P. She is also continuously expanding our knowledge management base.

Katja Kranz is responsible for Sales & Marketing at K^P. She takes care of communication and sales of our services and manages our social media channels and website.

Aleš Polcar is a consultant and communications expert in the areas of brand strategy, holistic communications, corporate language, employer branding and internal communications.

As a research professional, Sandra Dentler takes care of scientific research for knowledge management projects and contributes conceptually and operationally to client projects.

Pamela Luckau is a professor of communication and coaching and works as a behavioral trainer, moderator and speaker in academia, the corporate world and politics.

Martina Rühm is an organizational consultant. She supports managers in the analysis and change of organizational structures and the processing of the associated requirements related to organizational and management culture.

Bernhard Graßl is a management trainer for small and medium-sized and international companies and is involved in the conception of training and further education, also in the context of virtual and blended learning.

Melanie Klein supports K^P in the preparatory book-keeping and is responsible for entering incoming and outgoing invoices as an interface to our tax office.
